Mindfulness meditation: it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Some studies are showing that as little as 5 to 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation a day increases well-being and positivity, improves sleep, and lowers anxiety and stress. Neuroscientific research is also suggesting that regular meditation increases cortical thickness of our brain and lowers the chances of developing cognitive degenerative diseases later in life.
